As every venue and function are different it is important to read this document and to contact us in advance if you have questions or if there are any elements that cannot be accommodated.
The cost for the band will depend upon which line up you choose and the duration of the booking. Evening Star can work as a duo, a trio, a four-piece or a five-piece depending on the available budget and venue size. Our drum and keyboard tracks are recorded in our own studio and layered with live vocals, bass, guitar, saxophone and percussion. This gives the band a vibrant yet totally controllable live sound that can be tailored to suit any environment or audience. So whether you want mellow background or full-on party music, the band can adjust to suit.
Prices are based on travel within a 40-mile radius and with a midnight or before finish. Early set-ups, longer distances and later finish times will incur additional charges so please contact us for a full, no-obligation quotation.
Once availability and costs are confirmed, we then ask for a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the booking fee. A contract is issued which must be signed and returned within 14 days - after that, the only thing to worry about is enjoying yourselves!
